Dear sisters, have you ever cried at work? or, felt like crying at work?
If the answer is 'yes', what made you shed your tears? Was that because the negative performance review which made you felt undervalued by the management? Or, the reason was not work related at all - stress spill over from home?
Dear brothers, have you ever cried for work, at work or outside of workplace?
Woman's body is found to have more prolaction which triggers a person to cry. Anatomically, woman is also predisposed to shed tear with larger volume of tears, as the tear ducts are larger than man's.
My workplace weeping is more likely to be triggered by anger and frustration, rather than sadness or guilt. I wish i can control my tears as the crying me is invariably perceived as emotional and interpreted as unstable by whoever sees my tears. If i let out anger, my colleagues will attribute that to my personality, 'Meow is very firey', rather than justify the reason - 'Her works must really sucks!'.
What is the socially appropiate way for woman to express her emotional reaction?
I would say the job is really sucks~~There's another way, spit it out like Joxxxx did~~Hehe
